R v SM and Others (Defence)

Defence junior counsel in one of the largest ever Trading Standards prosecutions for conspiracy to defraud arising out of the allegedly fraudulent mis-selling of heating systems.  Prosecution offered no evidence following defence legal argument on disclosure.
