Acted for veterinary surgeon accused of disgraceful conduct in relation to prescription medication other than for veterinary use. Dishonesty was admitted, but following presentation of substantial evidence in support of mitigation no suspension was imposed, with the registrant warned and reprimanded and allowed to continue practice.
